Hiking distance: 13 km.  (4-5 hrs.)

Points of interest: Unique geological formations, diverse flora and fauna, spectacular view of the canyon and Ásbyrgi.

Start/Departure: 9:00 by Gljúfrastofa (visitor centre) in Ásbyrgi – from there is a transportation to Vesturdalur where the hike start.

Price pr person: 65 €

Included: Guiding services. Transportation from Gljúfrastofa (Ásbyrgi) to Vesturdalur.  

Other:  No meals included, people are asked to bring their own lunch package..
